What is KB SKATELAB?

Extreme sports were always a big part of our lives. It did not matter whether it was a skateboard, snowboard, mountainboard, wakeboard or a bike. What was important was the adrenaline rush! Thanks to these sports we got to be who we are today. We have the opportunity to organize events and build thing which are useful to those who have passion similar to ours. So what exactly is KB SKATELAB – it is pretty much our life.

EVENTS...

Our virgin event was the first ever in Polish history open snowcross contest. The competition was for all no matter what sex, age or skill level. The participants did not need any license or club membership – all they needed was the will to snowboard. The event was very well received and the riders for riders rule still works out for us very well. We have been on the extreme sports events’ scene since 2002 and we have organized contests and shows in almost every single extreme sport. For us impossible is nothing, the only limit is the budget.

SKATEPARKS…

Our first skateboard construction was a mini ramp located in our attic. It happened to be first such a ramp in our city and the only indoor skate spot within 200 km range. The local skateboard community approved our mini ramp and that pushed us towards building professional full size skateparks. We were tired of constant complaining about the lack of good skate spots and we decided to do something about it. In 2007 together with our friends at Fiveramps we started to build unique skateparks and from 2008 we build as an independent company KB SKATELAB. As far as the skateparks are concerned the only limit is the imagination, we are willing to make even the craziest ideas happen.
